We welcome groups of 3 to 10 people, with custom experiences that blend therapeutic services and communal sauna access in a serene, supportive environment.

Our Sauna Lounge is a cozy, shared space set apart from the treatment rooms designed for groups to unwind, enjoy each other's company, and experience the therapeutic benefits of heat, light, and contrast therapy.

Whether you gather here before, between, or after individual services, the lounge provides a welcoming space to slow down and nourish body and mind.

Cedar Infrared sauna with option for red light therapy

Traditional sauna (seats up to 12 adults)

MASSAGE AND FOOTSOAK OPTIONS BY SIZE
Groups of up to 3
​All guests can enjoy foot soaks with therapeutic massage together in our sauna lounge. This is a shared space where relaxation and laughter go hand in hand.
Groups of up to 8
We have 5 private massage rooms, so everyone in your group can receive massage treatments simultaneously.
Three of these rooms are spacious enough to accommodate couples massages, if desired.
