COMMUNITY
PARTNERS

At The Care Collective, we believe that true wellness extends beyond the walls of our space.

It lives in the strength, connection, and care we share with our greater community. We’re deeply grateful for the opportunity to give back to the people and organizations that make Boone such a vibrant and supportive place to call home. Whether through donations, collaborations, or simple acts of service, we’re honored to pour into the community that continues to pour into us.

Below are some of the incredible businesses and organizations we’ve had the privilege of partnering with and supporting along the way.

Supporting this cause is deeply personal to the Beech Mountain family. The Children’s Playhouse builds community by engaging children from birth to age 8 in educational play while offering friendly support to parents and caregivers.

We serve as an informal “town square” for the High Country, a unique place where out-of-towners and locals, experienced parents and eager first-timers, and people of all classes are brought together to share the joy of playful learning with their children. Stimulating arts and science-based programs, enticing play areas and exhibits, and informative parenting resources all support this mission.

ATTENTION

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Being clear and transparent with you is important to us! Our 24-hour cancellation policy helps us continue serving our wonderful community and supporting our dedicated team. For clarity, cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as appointments booked within this timeframe, will incur the full appointment fee. We appreciate your understanding and your role in making our community so great!

We understand that needing to cancel a massage appointment on short notice isn't ideal, and we empathize with that. To ensure fairness and the stability of our team's schedules, our 24-hour cancellation policy is consistently applied, and unfortunately, we're unable to make exceptions. We hope you can appreciate that while we care about your experience, this boundary is necessary for our operations.
