COMMUNITY CARE

ROOTED IN
COMMUNITY

The Care Collective (TCC) is home to a female-led management team and a dedicated group of massage and wellness professionals bringing extensive collective experience in Massage and Bodywork. We are a massage collective built not only to provide exceptional care, but to create meaningful and rewarding employment within the wellness space.

Founder Megan Ward is as devoted to her team as she is to her community. Growing up in the rural mountains and attending Mabel Elementary, she witnessed firsthand that not everyone is born into circumstances that provide equal opportunity. Grateful for the steady support and guidance of her parents, Ken and Sue Ward, Megan carries those values into her roles as a mother, wife, and business owner.

Her vision for The Care Collective is simple: to create a space where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to prioritize their well-being. Through ongoing education and a commitment to excellence, our team continues to refine our craft while fostering a welcoming environment for all.

Community Care is a natural extension of that vision. As we grow, we remain committed to strengthening our connection to the Boone and High Country community — supporting the organizations, educators, and initiatives that help our neighbors thrive.

ANNUAL TEACHER APPRECIATION INITIATIVE

Supporting those who support our children

Each spring, we host our Teacher Appreciation Initiative, a program dedicated to honoring the educators who pour into our community every day.

When a $50+ gift card is purchased for a teacher, we add an additional $25 to that gift card — on us.

It is a simple way to multiply gratitude and ensure teachers receive meaningful rest and care.

This initiative runs annually in the spring in conjunction with Teacher Appreciation Week and is available while funds are allocated.

If you are a school administrator or community organization interested in partnering with us to expand this initiative, we welcome the conversation.
