NC Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist 

 

At The Care Collective, we're dedicated to helping clients achieve their wellness goals through personalized massage and bodywork sessions. What sets us apart as a licensed establishment in North Carolina is our commitment to our therapists' growth, evident in our status as an NCBTMB Approved Education Provider (#1001925), which allows us to provide ongoing, in-house continuing education.

 

We also proudly hold a NC establishment license with the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy (#435).

 

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist who shares our passion for providing high-quality, pain-relieving massage experiences and genuinely cares about client well-being and their own professional growth.

​

Qualifications:

  • Current NC Massage Therapy License: Must be in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy.

  • Experience: We welcome therapists at all stages of their career! Newer therapists will complete a structured mentorship program with an experienced team member to ensure a smooth transition and continuous learning.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The ability to truly connect with clients, listen attentively, and clearly explain treatment plans is essential.

  • Passion for Wellness: A heartfelt desire to help others find relief and achieve optimal health.

  • Commitment: Must be available to work 26+ hours per week, at least 4 days a week, and be a dedicated, collaborative team member.

Front Desk & Wellness Associate​
​

The Care Collective is raising the bar for wellness in the High Country, and we're seeking dedicated Front Desk & Wellness Associates to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you’ll be a vital point of contact for our clients and will have the opportunity to specialize in one of three key areas.

​

What You'll Do

  • Manage a full appointment calendar — schedule, confirm, and adjust bookings throughout the day to keep sessions running on time.

  • Welcome 20+ clients per shift — greet by name, check in, answer service questions, and ensure each client feels cared for.

  • Process payments and sales for services and wellness products with speed and accuracy.

  • Upsell add-on services or retail items when appropriate, matching client needs to offerings.

  • Maintain the flow of the space — restock supplies, prepare sauna sessions, and keep all common areas tidy between appointments.

  • Coordinate with 10+ practitioners during shifts to handle room changes, schedule adjustments, and client requests in real time.

To continue offering exceptional care to our clients and community, and to support our team and honor our schedule, cancellations, reschedules, or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as appointments booked within that window, will be charged the full service fee. This policy is applied consistently for every guest.

 

If you can’t make your appointment, you’re welcome to send a substitute guest with advance notice.
