NC Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist

At The Care Collective, we're dedicated to helping clients achieve their wellness goals through personalized massage and bodywork sessions. What sets us apart as a licensed establishment in North Carolina is our commitment to our therapists' growth, evident in our status as an NCBTMB Approved Education Provider (#1001925), which allows us to provide ongoing, in-house continuing education.

We also proudly hold a NC establishment license with the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy (#435).

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist who shares our passion for providing high-quality, pain-relieving massage experiences and genuinely cares about client well-being and their own professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Current NC Massage Therapy License: Must be in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy.

  • Experience: We welcome therapists at all stages of their career! Newer therapists will complete a structured mentorship program with an experienced team member to ensure a smooth transition and continuous learning.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The ability to truly connect with clients, listen attentively, and clearly explain treatment plans is essential.

  • Passion for Wellness: A heartfelt desire to help others find relief and achieve optimal health.

  • Commitment: Must be available to work 26+ hours per week, at least 4 days a week, and be a dedicated, collaborative team member.

What We Offer You:

We genuinely care about our therapists' well-being and professional advancement. As a W2 employee, you'll receive competitive pay that honors your years of experience and grows with your commitment to client retention. We invest deeply in your success, offering comprehensive support that includes earned CE credits directly through us, invaluable mentorship, exciting presentation opportunities, and continuous training.

We truly empower our LMBT to cultivate their unique professional identities and pursue their specialties. This is an ideal role for therapists ready to serve the community who are seeking the structure and support of a team without the hassle of managing a private practice.

ATTENTION

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Being clear and transparent with you is important to us! Our 24-hour cancellation policy helps us continue serving our wonderful community and supporting our dedicated team. For clarity, cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as appointments booked within this timeframe, will incur the full appointment fee. We appreciate your understanding and your role in making our community so great!

We understand that needing to cancel a massage appointment on short notice isn't ideal, and we empathize with that. To ensure fairness and the stability of our team's schedules, our 24-hour cancellation policy is consistently applied, and unfortunately, we're unable to make exceptions. We hope you can appreciate that while we care about your experience, this boundary is necessary for our operations.
