MASSAGE THERAPIST

TCC is looking for a licensed massage therapist looking to commit at least 4-5 days a week, 15-20 massages per week  (we need at least 26 hours a week). We offer W2 employment while also maintaining competitive hourly pay rates, based on years of experience. 

TCC has a self-care focused environment where massage staff can trade and receive massage care as well. We encourage authenticity in the services we offer and love it when our massage staff has specific modalities they want to promote. If your modality is your experience and massage that you’ve cultivated, we also celebrate that and hope we can share your healing gift with our community. 

We work to grow a local year-round clientele and promote our therapists individually.  Looking for no less than 2 years of commitment.

WELLNESS TEAM MEMBER

Our team's goal at The Care Collective is to provide and maintain a secure environment for everyone looking for pain relief and relaxation. Along with a wellness team, we have 14 massage therapists on staff that may assist anyone interested in learning more about wellness, body mechanics, and pain management. We value assisting in people’s health journeys and making a difference starting from their very first visit.

This position will include 4-5 shifts per week (20-30 hours) and includes customer service and operational tasks such as answering the phone, booking appointments, stocking and selling wellness products, Sauna Lounge hospitality, cleaning and stocking the facility. Applicants should exhibit an attention to detail and desire to have the space feel warm and welcoming. Night and weekends are required.

We are looking for someone with a background or interest in marketing, retail, and/or natural health and wellness. This position includes an hourly wage and growing commission options, plus massage and sauna benefits.
