Can a gift card be split across multiple visits?
Yes. Any remaining balance stays on the card until fully used.
How can I check the balance?

What if the gift email didn’t arrive?
Check Promotions/Spam, confirm the email address used, or contact us and we’ll resend it.
Can I add a tip to a gift card?
You can load extra value so the recipient can use it toward gratuity if they choose.
Do gift cards expire?
We kindly ask that you use the gift card with in a year of purchase. If you have questions, please give us a call at 828.406.4344.
Are gift cards refundable?
Gift cards are non-refundable, but fully transferable. Feel free to re-gift or share them with someone else.
How do I redeem a gift card?
It depends on how the gift card was purchased:

If purchased online:
You can redeem it directly through our online booking system. When you schedule your appointment in Mindbody, simply enter your gift card number at checkout. -
If purchased in-person:
Physical gift cards cannot be redeemed online. To use your card, just call or text us to book, and bring the gift card with you to your appointment for payment.
