CRANIO SACRAL THERAPY
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on form of bodywork that focuses on the skull, spine, and sacrum. It is based on the idea that there is a subtle rhythm in the flow of cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord, and that restrictions in this rhythm can contribute to various health issues. Practitioners use light touch to assess and release these restrictions, aiming to restore balance and improve the body's natural healing abilities.

The potential benefits of Craniosacral Therapy are diverse and can impact both physical and emotional well-being. Many people report a reduction in pain, particularly for headaches, neck pain, and back pain. CST may also help alleviate stress and anxiety, promote relaxation and improve sleep quality. It has been used to address conditions such as TMJ disorders, fibromyalgia, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Additionally, some individuals experience improved focus, clarity, and a greater sense of overall wellness after craniosacral therapy sessions.
