I grew up in Garner, NC and attended massage school at Gwinette College in Raleigh, NC from 2021-2022.

A career in massage really captured my interest after receiving chiropractic care and massage therapy for a repetitive use back injury that I experienced in 2020.

Massage was the modality that really stood out to me, my pain was relieved, and my injury resolved.

My approach combines the relaxing flow of Esalen style massage strokes with targeted techniques for pain relief and muscle recovery.

I completed my massage training at Caldwell Community College in January of 2021, a career I pursued because I’ve always appreciated how beneficial massage can be for overall human health and especially for pain management.
I’m dedicated to providing high quality treatment that’s both relaxing and productive, and strive to meet each individual clients’ specific needs - both what clients tell me about pre-treatment and also helping them to identify and address areas that may cause problems down the road. While I practice full body massage, I’m especially focused on trigger point therapy and focused pain relief for the shoulders, calves and neck. I practice cupping as well for additional muscular release without discomfort sometimes associated with deep tissue work.

A decade of experience in healthcare has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the power of touch in healing and well-being. My journey as a massage therapist began at The Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville, NC.

With nurturing yet firm hands, I intuitively guide each session, focusing on areas that need attention and providing deep relaxation. My approach seamlessly blends medium to firm pressure, with the ability to adjust to deeper pressure as needed.

I particularly enjoy working on the head, neck, shoulders, and feet, areas often burdened by stress and tension. Through skilled touch and a calming presence, I strive to create a sanctuary where clients can unwind, release anxieties, and experience a renewed sense of peace and well-being.

JENNY JOLLY
NC LMBT #19821
I discovered massage therapy after decades of working a full-time desk job left me with chronic neck and shoulder pain. I found massage to be an intuitive channel of
communication that allowed me to understand my own body on a deeper level.
As a licensed massage and bodywork therapist, I love that I get to continue this conversation
with my own clients. Through massage, I am able to nurture, hold, uplift, ground, and create
space for my clients to become curious about their own bodies, patterns of pain, and to discover
a path to healing.
My background in Ayurvedic bodywork and Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) lend to my
integrative style of massage. I also enjoy incorporating modalities like stretching, cupping and
hot stones into my practice. I love to work with clients from all walks of life who are looking to
manage chronic or acute pain, to relax deeply, and/or to improve their overall wellness through therapeutic touch.

One of my greatest joys is assisting my clients in deepening the relationship with their body. Your body is your greatest tool for navigating a healthy, joyful and vibrant life. The deeper relationship and awareness you have of your body, the greater potential for a rich and fulfilling human experience.
I have been a professional massage therapist for over 10 years and have been licensed in NC, SC and CO.
My favorite clients to work with are those who have specific, acute or chronic pain and are looking for focus work on these areas to bring sustainable relief over time. I also enjoy working with clients who appreciate an intuitive massage approach, where I allow the wisdom of your body to direct the massage.

I enjoy working on all body types, specifically those looking to unwind, reconnect, and feel better within their mind, body and spirit. I combine my knowledge with intuition to provide a custom treatment for each individual client.
