STORY
The Care Collective (TCC) is home to a female-led management team, a dedicated professional wellness team, and over 14 massage therapists, boasting a combined experience of over 100 years in the field of Massage and Bodywork. We are a massage collective unlike any other, led by a passionate massage therapist dedicated to creating meaningful and rewarding employment in the wellness space.

Our leader is as devoted to her staff as she is to her community. Growing up in the rural mountains and attending Mabel Elementary, she witnessed firsthand that not everyone is born into circumstances that provide the opportunities they deserve. Megan Ward, fortunate to be born to two incredible parents, Ken and Sue Ward, continues to value their candid opinions, support, and encouragement in her roles as a mother, wife and business owner.

Inspired by her upbringing and driven by her parents' unwavering support, Megan's vision for The Care Collective is to create a space where everyone feels valued and empowered to prioritize their well-being. With our collective expertise and commitment to ongoing education, we strive to provide exceptional care, continuously refining our techniques, and offering a welcoming environment for all who seek wellness.

​Each spring, we organize a Teacher Appreciation Initiative that we're eager to expand. We're currently seeking community partners – nonprofits, schools, and organizations – who share our passion for supporting our community and its invaluable members.
