WHAT TO EXPECT
INITIAL INTAKE
-
We ask that clients fill out the specific intake form 48 hours before their first appointment so this can be reviewed by your practitioner.
-
The intake form will gather information about your menstrual cycle, digestion, stress levels, ect.
-
The practitioner will begin by discussing your medical history, current health concerns, and goals for the therapy.
-
This helps the therapist tailor the session to your specific needs.
THE MASSAGE
-
You will typically lie on a massage table, either face up or face down, depending on the area being treated.
-
The therapist will use gentle massage techniques on your abdomen, pelvis, and surrounding areas, including low back, hips and glutes.
-
You may be asked to take deep breaths or for feedback to enhance the effects of the massage.
-
This treatment and service involves a lot of communication, checking in about pressure and feedback between the practitioner and the client.
-
The massage also includes the application of our organic castor oil.
POST MASSAGE
-
The therapist will recommend specific self-care practices, such as abdominal massage techniques, stretches, or lifestyle changes, to support the healing process.
-
They may also suggest additional sessions or follow-up care as needed.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING AND AFTER THE TREATMENT
-
During the massage: you may experience a sense of relaxation, warmth, or tingling in the treated areas. Some people may also feel emotional releases or experience changes in their bowel movements.
-
After the massage: you may feel lighter, less congested, and more balanced. Some people may also experience immediate relief from pain or discomfort, while others may notice gradual improvements over time.
